Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential business opportunities through online platforms, databases, and networking. Ensuring consistent lead generation.
Identify and prioritise target markets and customer segments.
Client Engagement: Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media, focusing on building relationships and understanding client needs.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations to showcase company services and solutions and secure new clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals with clients while ensuring their expectations are met and aligned with company offerings.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals and emails to prospective clients.
Reporting: Maintain detailed communication records with prospects and clients and regularly update management on business development activities.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Report sales progress and market trends to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, particularly in tech, digital services, or related industries.
Strong communication skills, fluency in English (preferably with a British accent) and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
