Fifty5bytes Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) to engage with UK-based prospects, convert them into clients, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and communicate with prospects to understand their business needs and convert them into clients.

• Write professional proposals and send polished emails to prospects and clients.

• Take quick and detailed notes during calls to gather business requirements.

• Chase prospects and follow up with clients to ensure smooth business operations.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect details, and client interactions.

• Handle day-to-day communication and documentation for ongoing projects.

• Provide detailed information about our services, address concerns, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills (UK-based communication experience preferred).

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a SaaS-based company is a plus.

• Strong note-taking and organizational skills.

• Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Hours: 35 per week

• Salary During Probation: Rs. 428.57 per hour

• Salary After Probation: Rs. 571.43 per hour

Working Hours:

• Winter: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Summer: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
