Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS and digital services
  

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, research, and outreach
  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, particularly in tech, digital services, or related industries.

• Strong communication skills, fluency in English (preferably with a British accent) and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
  
  

• Commission: 10% on each successful sale

• Working Hours per Day: 8

• Working Days per Week: 5

• Mandatory Weekly Hours: 35

• Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday, (including a 60-minute break)
